Voice recognition: Say it – see it –sold!

Many students and adults benefit from voice recognition technology. But which students need speech to text to be successful in the classroom and how can you make it happen in your classroom? This workshop will explore which students are appropriate candidates for speech to text as an instruction and/or testing accommodation, and how to purchase an appropriate program. There will be time for hands-on exploration of computer based speech to text software available in MCPS. 

This workshop is appropriate for teachers of 4^th through 12^th grade students.
