for a Diverse Classroom

1:00 PM    Tuesday July 29
1:00 PM    Wednesday July 30

This workshop will help staff increase their knowledge of Clicker 6 software in order to integrate its use to improve student outcomes in reading and writing. Participants will learn the basics of this user friendly program: word prediction, text to speech, sentence building and digital word banks that support students who struggle with reading and writing.  This program can be used to reach a diverse student population: general education, ESOL, high incidence disabilities and low incidence disabilities as well. There will be time for hands-on exploration and practice. Presenters will also demonstrate Clicker 6 lessons they have successfully integrated in their classrooms. Appropriate for Elementary based staff.
