W-2s Now Available Online for Employees Who Authorized Web Delivery

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) permanent employees who authorized web delivery of their annual tax forms now can access their 2023 W-2s via Employee Self-Service (ESS). MCPS employees who are eligible to receive a 1095-C will be able to access that tax form via ESS by February 23 if they authorized web delivery.

Simply visit the ESS web page, click on My W-2s (anytime) or My 1095-Cs (by February 23) under the blue My Taxes banner, log in using your Outlook username and password, and select My W-2 or My 1095-C under View My Documents on the left side of the screen.

If you are a permanent employee who did not authorize web delivery by the deadline, you will receive hard copies of your tax form(s) at the home address we have on file for you. Your W-2 will be mailed by January 31, 2024, and your 1095-C by March 1, 2024. Should you later misplace your tax form(s), you will need to download and print a copy via the ESS web page. You can print a copy of your W-2 starting February 1, 2024, and your 1095-C beginning February 23, 2024. Follow web delivery authorization instructions for both your W-2 and 1095-C to obtain duplicate tax form(s).
