It's time to reopen our offices. But first, let's make sure that our facilities are ready for staff to return to work.

Supervisor Protocols: 

  • As much as possible, continue to implement remote working and flexible meeting options for staff. 
  • If necessary, implement a phased/staggered arrival and departure times to and from work.
  • Employees who appear to have COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival at work, or who become sick during the day, should be immediately separated from other employees, students, or visitors, and sent home. 
  • Re-examine your current workspace allocations. A temporary relocation or re-configuration of spaces may be necessary to achieve 6 feet distance between coworkers.
  • Make sure that your facility has sufficient supplies. Soap and paper towels will be used in much greater quantities. 
  • Lead by example. Make sure that you are being socially responsible and practicing all of the guidelines that will help keep you and others safe.
