Management, Budget and Planning Mission
To provide MCPS program managers with useful tools for quality
analysis and to make responsible recommendations on fiscal issues to
decision makers to allow them to support, implement, and communicate
MCPS goals facilitating the development of long-term strategic and
annual fiscal plans, championing values of fiscal responsibility and
accountability, and assuring the implementation of budget and management
decisions.
