Extended Day Program 2009-2010
    Each MCPS middle school will offer FREE extended day classes afterschool for middle school student success in the 2009-2010 school year. The focus of the extended day program is to provide students with extended learning opportunities to support them in meeting or exceeding on or above-grade-level course expectations as indicated in the MCPS curriculum. The program offerings in reading and mathematics have been designed to align with the MCPS middle school curriculum in these content areas. The program window is October -March. Each school will decide when the will begin. After September 21, please contact the extended day coordinator at your child's middle school for specific information on the program offerings.  9/1/09
