MCPS Engagement Strategy

Based largely on the Family Engagement Capacity Building Framework by Harvard professor Karen L. Mapp, Ed.D., OCEP is strengthening our community relationships and building new partnerships to transform the communities, individuals and institutions in our county to foster academic achievement for every MCPS student.
