E-mail Follow-up Reminders

Have you ever read an e-mail that required a follow-up, and you just didn’t have time to reply that instant . . . and you forgot to go back to it? If so, here’s a tip for you! You can set a reminder for just those types of e-mails. Here’s how:

  1. Right click on the flag next to the e-mail message in your inbox.
  2. Choose “Add Reminder.” Make sure the “Reminder” checkbox is selected.
  3. Choose the date and time to be reminded from the dropdown menus.
  4. Click OK.
