The Child Find office is the single point of entry that provides free (for Montgomery County residents) developmental screenings and assessments for children aged 2 years 10 months and older through the spring prior to age eligibility for kindergarten. This office is also the single point of entry for families moving into the county whose preschool children have previously been identified and have a current Individualized Educational Program (IEP).
