What's New?

A New Way to Manage Pink Invoices: Beginning in April 2011, the FMS iReceivables module became available for school-based customers to use to manage MCPS pink invoices online. Schools now have self-service access to their own accounts with real-time balance and transaction information. iReceivables allows schools to pay invoices electronically and to submit disputes online. Schools can choose to continue receiving monthly pink invoices or to receive e-mail notifications when payments are due.

UPDATE: As of November 1, 2011, more than 158 schools have attended FMS iReceivables training sessions and received online accounts. Sixty-six percent of these schools use iReceivables to print invoices and statements and make online payments. You can register for iReceivables training through MCPS Professional Development Online (PDO). You can also send a request to billing@mcpsmd.org for iReceivables support and training through a WebEx conference.
