Mission

The mission of Rockville High School is to prepare students for the challenges and expectations of careers and college readiness by the implementation of Common Core State Standards (CCSS) through English Language Arts and Literacy and (STEM) science, technology, engineering and mathematics content.

Programs of Study (POS)

Courses in the Programs of Study may be taken as part of a program or as an elective. These courses are open to all students.

Jan. 23, 2019 Scheduling Team meets with Wood MS to review articulation process with 8th grade team - PowerPoint presentation
Jan. 30, 2019 Registration and Instruction video - Admin. Homeroom (12 Gr. possible Graduation information)
Jan. 30, 2019 - Feb. 6, 2019   Online Registration window opens (students register at home)
Jan. 31, 2019 Wood MS Electives Fair- all RHS elective programs visiting Wood MS
Feb. 6, 2019 8th graders (via Social Studies) counselor visits
Feb. 6, 2019 Incoming 9th Grade parent information/registration meeting with RTs held at Rockville HS (7:00-8:00pm).
45 minute presentation and RT to answer questions
Feb. 7, 2019 - Feb. 22, 2019   Counselors meet with all students to finalize course selection (Math class)
Feb. 12, 2019 (all day)
Feb. 13, 2019 (2 counselors, partial day)
