Extended Learning Opportunities for Non-Title I, Additional Targeted Support and Improvement schools is funded through the Maryland Department of Education school improvement grant. The ELO ATSI program is a targeted summer program designed to increase the academic performance of identified ATSI student groups. The 4-week summer program is designed for rising K–5 students enrolled in non-Title I schools for the 2026–2027 school year. Student enrollment is by invitation only.

ELO ATSI will operate a four day program, running from Monday to Thursday each week. The program will have a 5.5 hour student day. Students will engage in hands-on, exciting, and enriching literacy, mathematics, science, or STEM instruction, social studies, and social-emotional learning.
