The Cultural Arts Showcase will be recorded by MCPS TV and the videos will be available on the Big Learning website.
The Superintendent's Committee was designed to screen and approve performing companies or individuals who wish to make presentations in the schools. The presentation must be auditioned. If approved by the Superintendent's Committee, the program will be listed in the Performing Arts Catalogue for a fee. The individual or company will also be invited to participate in the Cultural Arts Showcases.

Audition – no charge
Catalog listing only - $20
Catalog and Video - $30
Catalog and Showcase - $50
Catalog, Video, and Showcase - $60
Auditions will be held on August 31st and September 2nd. Please submit your registration form and the appropriate Teacher’s Guide by July 18th, 2026 to CAS@biglearning.org.
MCPS forms to be submitted are: Registration Form, Teacher’s Guide, and evidence that this production has been performed before a children’s audience. Please submit completed forms to Pam Loebach to the contact information below.
The Company or individual must fill in and return the Registration Form and either the Workshop Teacher’s Guide or the Performance Teacher’s Guide to Pam Loebach, address below. Note email submissions are strongly preferred.
