DOT Celebrates Retirement of Marion Haupt - 38 Years of Service
For over 38 years, Marion Haupt, transportation safety trainer II, has provided services for students, parents, families, staff and colleagues. During her distinguished career, Ms. Haupt was one of the first in the department to obtain certification to be a Maryland state Motor Vehicle operator license tester and was instrumental in reaching out to others to problem solve challenging situations with students on the bus, getting better equipment that is both safe and easy to use.
