  • Calendaring for resources and individual users

  • Rules to assist in organizing mailbox

Calendaring Enhancements

  • Calendar Attendant: reduces scheduling conflicts by limiting calendar items to the latest version
  • Scheduling Assistant: provides visual guidance on the best and worst dates/times to schedule meetings
  • Schedulable Out of Office: users can set the Out of Office Assistant to begin and end on specified dates and times

Outlook Web Access Enhancements

  • Enhanced spell check options
  • Document Viewing – Locations: users can see a Read Only copy of files on a Windows server to which they have rights. These files can be download or emailed for editing
  • Web Ready Document Pre-viewing: users can view any Microsoft Office document in HTML in a browser
