The primary goal of our program is to provide an intensive curriculum in the fine arts.
Lessons consist of studio activities, lectures, demonstrations, slide presentations, assigned research, group critiques, and gallery visits. Students have the opportunity to study drawing, painting, digital photography, ceramics and sculptural techniques in the visual arts. Students also have the opportunity to study choral, instrumental, and music theory.
We are one of only a few schools in Montgomery County to offer an AP Art History course.
Students interested in joining our National Art Honor society should email Mrs. Heaton with any questions.
