New This Year!
SchoolCash Online

Montgomery County Public Schools has transitioned to a new online payment system called SchoolCash Online as its preferred method of payment for all school-related fees.

SchoolCash Online helps parents/guardians and community members pay school-related fees safely, quickly, and easily. SchoolCash Online will help increase efficiency and security at schools by making payments directly into schools’ bank accounts and eliminating the need for teachers to handle money. In addition, once registered, you will be immediately informed about school activities!

Powered by KEV Group, SchoolCash Online is the industry leader in the management of school fees. The new system puts all of the school-related fees online for purchase so users can make purchases online using a credit card or e-check. A processing fee will be included on all items available for purchase, regardless of the type of payment used on SchoolCash Online or at the school.

Parents/guardians can register now at

Student Parking Applications for 2023-2024 Semester 2 are here!

Seniors, student interns, and students taking approved courses off-site will be given priority for student parking spaces and will be approved for parking spaces on a first come, first serve basis.  Applications are due in the main office no later than Monday, January 22 by 4:00 p.m.  Students are highly encouraged to submit their applications earlier than this deadline—parking is limited due to the ongoing construction.  If parking spaces are still available after all priority students have purchased parking permits, our grade 11 students will be eligible to purchase parking permits on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Fall semester parking permits should be paid on School Cash Online (SCO) and cost is $39.00.  The SCO link can be found on the PHS website.

All obligations must be cleared before parking permits are approved; obligation information can be seen on students’ SCO accounts.  Please find complete information at the link for the Spring 2024 Parking Application.  All applicants must also complete the Parent Request for Student Use of Private Vehicle form.  If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Krouner, school business administrator, at 240-740-2400 or

Please see below for Spring 2024 Parking forms, and remember to submit a copy of your (student's) driver's license with the application.
