ERSC Connect: Get Answers to Your Benefits, Leave, Pay, and Retirement Questions

ERSC Connect, the Employee and Retiree Service Center’s online service portal, provides an additional way for Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) employees to contact the Employee and Retiree Service Center (ERSC).

Although ERSC staff continue to answer telephone and email requests, ERSC Connect allows you to send a request, ask a question, and access a Knowledge Base and search feature online. You also can get status updates on your requests and send and receive attachments.* The Knowledge Base provides targeted answers to common questions about benefits, leave, pay, and retirement matters.

To access ERSC Connect, visit the ERSC home page and follow the link to the ERSC Connect log-in screen. Log-in instructions are available on the log-in screen, which also includes a link to the ERSC Connect Support Guide.

*Attachments sent through ERSC Connect (or Outlook email) must not exceed 35 megabytes (MB) in total. Files that together total more than 35MB will be undeliverable to ERSC.
