Job Fair for Paraeducators Set for May 24

MCPS is hosting a job fair for paraeducators from 5–7 p.m. on Friday, May 24 at Albert Einstein High School.

For paraeducator positions at non-Title I schools or temporary part-time positions, candidates do not require a college degree, but should have some experience working with students. For paraeducator positions at Title I schools, candidates must have at least 48 college credits or have passed the ParaPro Assessment and have experience working with students in an instructional environment.

The starting hourly salary for paraeducators is $21.33. Candidates can search for open positions on MCPS Careers. If you do not already have a profile set up, you will have to create one to apply to a particular job.

Einstein is located at 11135 Newport Mill Road in Kensington.
