Kindergarten Registration Now Open

Will your child be 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2024? Kindergarten registration is now open; those who need to register children for the 2024-2025 school year can do so online through the ParentVUE portal. If your family is new to MCPS, you will need to create a ParentVue account here. After creating an account, you will be prompted to register when you first log in. If you are already an MCPS parent/guardian, you can follow this link on the MCPS website to register.

All elementary schools with kindergarten classes offer a full-day kindergarten program. (There are six elementary schools that do not serve grades K-2).
