Registration Open for Spring Professional Development Courses

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for the spring semester are available for registration through Professional Development Online (PDO). The spring semester runs from February through mid-June. Teachers have priority registration in all CPD courses. Support staff and substitute teachers may register for CPD courses on a space-available basis. Individuals in these categories may be moved from registered to the waitlist.
NOTE: If you change to a long-term leave status but are still eligible to participate in the course, you will be assessed an additional fee. If you change to a long-term leave status prior to the beginning of the course and there are active teachers on the wait-list, then you may be withdrawn from the course to give priority to the active teacher.
The spring CPD courses may be in person, distance or a combination of the two.
The CPD registration fee will be assessed to permanent employees via payroll deductions after the successful completion of the course. Employees with outstanding balances must clear their accounts before registering for new classes.
