Bridge to Wellness Programs

MCPS in partnership with the Department of Health and Human Services-Child, Family and Youth Services provides the 19 high schools without a Wellness Center with mental health, care management, and youth development services. Bridge to Wellness also known as BTW provides three core staff: Care Manager, Mental Health Therapist, and Youth Development Specialist. For the 2023-2024 school year some schools will have Community Service Aides as well. Descriptions of how each position can support you and your family during your high school journey is listed below:
