ePaystub and Tax Document Self-Service provides former employees with online access to their tax documents and, in some cases, ePaystubs. Before you can access ePaystub and Tax Document Self-Service, you will need to create an MCPS username and password. Below are links to the system log-in screen and to step-by-step instructions for setting up your username and password, logging in to the system, authorizing web delivery of your documents, and viewing and printing them.

Once you have logged in to the system and authorized web delivery of your documents, you will be able to view and print duplicate W-2 and 1095-C tax forms. Your documents will be available to you within minutes.

If you retired or resigned from MCPS after April 29, 2016, you also can access your ePaystubs—from April 29, 2016, to December 14, 2024. As with your tax forms, you will need to authorize web delivery of your ePaystubs.
