Biometric Health Screenings

Well Aware's upcoming on-site biometric health screenings are listed in the chart below. These screenings, which do not require fasting, will fulfill the requirement for the 2027 Wellness Initiatives incentive. You have approximately one year (October 6, 2025, through October 2, 2026) to complete your biometric health screening to earn the incentive.

Remember, you have the option of visiting your primary care physician for an annual physical, which also will fulfill the requirement for the 2027 incentive. If you plan to see your doctor for a physical, be sure to read and follow the directions found on the Wellness Initiatives for Employees web page or the Wellness Initiatives for Retirees web page.

To register for an on-site biometric health screening, please follow these directions: 

• Cigna members: In addition to holding screenings at its own locations, Quest partners with Well Aware to hold health screenings at MCPS locations. The below instructions can be used to schedule a Well Aware screening or a Quest Patient Services Screening at one of their facilities. Starting December 1st, login to schedule your biometric health screening at a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center. To schedule a screening—

  • New users: Visit my.questforhealth.com and use the Registration key: MCPS2026 to create your account
