At its June 4, 2026 Board work session, the Montgomery County Board of Education appointed members to serve on the Advisory Committee on Communication and Community Engagement for the 2026–2027 school year.
The Committee provides the Board with advisory input to help strengthen communication and community engagement on key district priorities. For the upcoming school year, members will support discussions related to the elementary boundary study and the development of a districtwide communication and engagement plan for MCPS and the Board of Education.
The following individuals have been appointed to serve on the Committee, with terms effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027:
