Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) works with MCPS to address productivity issues while helping employee clients identify and resolve personal concerns including, but not limited to, health, marital, family, financial, alcohol, drug, legal, emotional, stress, or other personal issues that may affect job performance.

MCPS Cancer Support Group

The MCPS Cancer Support Group meets the second Wednesday of the month at 2096 Gaither Road, Conference Room 3. The next meeting is December 10. All MCPS employees and their family members are invited to attend. For more information, contact Debra Tipton through outlook or 240-314-1040.

Got a Conflict?

A number of MCPS employees have already improved their workplace relationships by utilizing the free mediation program offered as a joint program of MCPS and all four unions. If you are having conflict with a coworker, give the Dispute Resolution Program a call at 240-314-1041.
