The superintendent of schools develops regulations to implement Board policies, and federal and state laws. Prior to final approval, draft regulations shall lie on the table for a minimum of 10 business days, with notification to the Board and to the public. Draft regulations shall be posted on this page when they are ready for public review. The public may submit comments to regulation@mcpsmd.org. All comments on regulations will be shared with the superintendent of schools.
