Internal Applicant Records (IAR) is the electronic system used by hiring managers to view Human Resources records for candidates who are current employees. Giving hiring managers this tool eliminates the need to travel to the Office of Human Resources and Development (OHRD) to see relevant information in the internal candidate’s personnel file.
A new Internal Applicant Records (IAR) program was launched in 2019. See the video tutorial or PDF guide to help you navigate the new IAR. If you experience any problems, please contact the Technical Help Desk at 301-517-5800.
