One Community, Many Voices: Fostering Connection and Belonging in Schools

Join us for this informative virtual workshop where we will explore strategies to strengthen the social fabric within schools by fostering collaboration, respect, and open communication among students, families, and staff. Participants will learn how creating dialogue circles, student councils, and multicultural events can promote empathy, inclusion, and student voice, while values-based programs and conflict resolution workshops help build a culture of respect and peaceful coexistence. The session will also highlight the importance of family engagement through regular communication, parent participation, and shared community projects that celebrate diversity and collective achievement.
