Do you remember what it's like to be in a new school? Or have you ever wanted to help out at a school event? We are looking for Student Ambassadors to welcome new students and to help guide parents at special events!
The Application to Become a SSIMS Ambassador is Now Open!
Being a SSIMS Ambassador is like being a helper and a good friend to everyone at our school. At times you will help new students get to know our school better. You might show them around, help them with their lockers, understand their class schedules or help them figure how to get to the cafeteria. Other times you will have the opportunity to help at special school events such as Back to School Night and Parent Conferences.
To be the best Ambassador you can be, you'll go to important training meetings to learn new things and talk about how everything is going. The meeting will be scheduled during Jag or lunch periods. Meeting attendance is part of the job!

As an Ambassador, you demonstrate how to be a great SSIMS student by being honest, making good choices, and being a leader.
5 Steps to complete the application:
- Complete your applicant information
- Complete your three applicant statements
- Select the names of two (2) teachers for recommendations
- Have your caregiver type their name for consent
- Submit the application.
