Reminder About Morning Arrival for Walkers

Walkers should arrive at CCES no earlier than 8:50 a.m. when the morning bell rings.  Due to extreme weather, we don't want students standing outside for long periods of time.

Inclement Weather Information

Winter weather emergencies, such as snow and ice, may cause disruptions in school operations, including theclosure of school, a delayed opening, or an early dismissal. This letter provides information about theprocedures used when such disruptions occur. Also, information is provided about the weather contingencyplan that would add student instructional days to the end of the scheduled school year if schools are closed formore than four days due to excessive weather emergencies.  Read on for more information.

CCES receives 5-star rating on 2019 Maryland Report Card

The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) has released the 2019 accountability report cards for every schoolin the state of Maryland. CCES is proud to announce that we received another 5 star ranking improving from last year’s 89% rank to this year’s 96% rank. Read on for more information.

CCES Educational Foundation Brick Campaign 2019 - 2020

The CCES Educational Foundation is selling inscribed bricks to raise funds for the renovation of the CCES Media Center.  Details about the brick campaign are attached.
