Yearbook Photos and Shout Outs
Yearbook Information:
Photo Uploads: Our school yearbook will not be complete without your help! Any photos you take during field trips, class parties, or other fun Candlewood events could make it into the yearbook. Photos can be uploaded between now and March 30th. Click on the link below and enter the password Yearbook2526! to upload photos directly to the Jostens site.

Shout-Outs: A shout-out is a space that you can purchase to be printed in the Candlewood yearbook. The yearbook is sold separately from the shout-outs. This is an opportunity to congratulate your student on a job well done or leave a gratitude post for the staff.

Form: Please fill out and submit this form by March 30th. We are unable to accept shout-outs past this date. If you would like to purchase multiple shout-outs, please fill out multiple forms. You may pay for multiple shout-outs in one payment. https://forms.gle/cT19UgEKKTvZ4mkD7
Payment: Small Shout-Out - $10; Large Shout-Out - $20
Three ways to pay:
- By check: Checks should be made out to Candlewood PTA and given to the classroom teacher.
- By cash: Please give to the classroom teacher in a sealed envelope marked "Yearbook Shout-Out” along with your child’s name.

Ordering a Yearbook: More information on ordering is coming soon! Yearbooks will be delivered to the school at the end of May or beginning of June.
