Candlewood Elementary

Our PTA Board elections will be held at our next (and final) virtual PTA meeting on May 5, 2026. We’ll be voting to fill several important roles for the coming year, including PTA President and Treasurer—two positions that are essential to keeping the Candlewood ES PTA up and running.

Serving on the PTA doesn’t have to mean endless meetings or complicated paperwork. For most volunteers, it’s simply a chance to contribute a little time and energy to the school community in ways that feel meaningful. Many roles are flexible, and the work is shared among a team of parents and caregivers who support one another along the way.

Being involved with the PTA Board is also a great way to connect with other families, learn more about what’s happening at school, and help shape activities and opportunities that support our students and teachers. Whether you enjoy organizing, brainstorming ideas, helping behind the scenes, or simply bringing a thoughtful perspective, there’s a place for many different kinds of contributions.If you’ve ever been curious about getting involved but aren’t sure what it entails, we’d love to talk. We’re happy to share more about the roles, answer questions, and help you think about what level of involvement might feel right for you.
