At Wootton, our commitment is clear:
- Support First: When hate or bias occurs, we immediately prioritize care and support for students and staff who are harmed.
- Accountability with Learning: Those who cause harm will face consequences and engage in educational opportunities to understand the impact of their actions.
- Prevention & Education: We will focus on teaching respect, affirming diverse identities, and building a school culture where antisemitism, anti-Black racism, and all forms of hate bias have no place.
- Community & Belonging: We will work with families, students, and community partners to foster a safe, caring, and affirming environment for every member of our Wootton cluster.
