Want to start a new club?

Hey Wootton Patriots!

It's time to APPLY for approval to form a NEW CLUB! Any club planning to meet during this school year (26-27) MUST complete this form by 11:59 pm September 15, 2026. The form must be completed by club leadership and you must complete the application WITH the staff sponsor. Make sure the staff sponsor digitally signs and agrees to be your CLUB sponsor and will be present for all club meetings.

NO LATE SUBMISSIONS will be accepted. Complete the form ONCE for each club and follow the directions carefully. Failure to submit the form on time or submitting with inaccurate or incomplete information may cause your club to be denied. This registration is ONLY for NEW clubs. Please provide the club purpose thoughtfully so we can ensure there are not multiple clubs for the same purpose!

Clubs are required to meet at least once per month with staff supervision.
