Attention all students!! In honor of homecoming, the week of October 1st will be a spirit week. The spirit week days are as follows:
Monday Oct 1: Pajama Day
Tuesday Oct 2: Terp Tuesday
Wednesday Oct 3: Hippie Hump Day
Thursday Oct 4: Jersey Day
Friday Oct 5: Class Color Friday - freshmen are red, sophomores are white, juniors are blue, seniors are red white and blue
And there is more! Want the chance to win a JBL speaker? From Oct 1 to Oct 4, SGA members will be walking around during lunch giving away spirit tickets to those who are dressed up for the spirit day. At the end of the week, three tickets will be chosen and the winners will receive prizes. There will also be games every day in the commons where you can win coupons and gift cards from wing stop, smoothie king, and more! Make sure you dress up and stop by for a chance to win.”

A makeup session/refresher lesson for 12th graders on how to request transcripts and teacher letters of recommendation on Naviance will be held Wednesday 10/3 during lunch in the career center.

The National Art Honor Society is having its first meeting on Wednesday, October 3 during lunch in room 188. All current members and those who have taken at least one semester of an art class and are interested in joining should attend!

Homecoming, homecoming! Tickets are no longer being sold online as of 12pm on Wednesday night. You can still buy your tickets during lunch from Ms. Walsh at the Finance Office window starting on Monday, October 1sr through Wednesday, October 3rd. Also, the SGA will be distributing tickets for the dance during lunches next week outside the cafeteria. Be sure to get your tickets on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday!

Come to a meeting at lunch TUESDAY October 2 at lunch in Room 130 to hear more about building sets, working on lights, sound, props and costumes for Wootton productions. Your Wootton Marching Band competed in the Marine Corps Invitational competition this past weekend and won 1st place. The Band earned Best Visual, Best Music, and Best Overall Effect Awards and the Percussion section won the award for Best Percussion. Congratulations to the Marching Band Members.
