If you missed Varsity Cheer perform last weekend, you have another opportunity on Saturday to see this amazing team. County Competition is Saturday at Blair High School at 6:00. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased in the Commons during lunch all this week! Come and support your D1 Cheerleaders!
Homework Club will meet in Room 182 from 2:30pm to 3:45pm every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons. Students are welcome to come during these times to work on assignments, seek help or develop improved study habits. Please see Mr. Steinbach in Room 169 if you are interested or have any questions. Regardless, feel free to just stop by any Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday afternoon.
Congratulations to the marching band for becoming the USBands Division 3A State Champions this past Saturday. They also took the captions for Best Music, Best Percussion, and Best Overall Effect. This is their fourth win in a row, and the highest 3A score at this time of the season. Also, good luck to the marching band this coming Saturday as they compete in the Marine Corps Invitational held in the Naval Stadium in Annapolis. The marching band will also be competing in the USbands Nationals competition held in Allentown PA on Sunday, November 5th. Wish them luck!
All Boys interested in playing Lacrosse this Spring should attend a very important meeting this Thursday, October 26th at 2:45 PM in Room 183.
POTH is around the corner! Anyone interested in participating in POTH is invited to an informational meeting on Monday, October 30th during lunch in room 183. See you then!
Come to a Persopolis Perspectives meeting on Thursday, October 26th in room 200. We will discuss cultures of the middle east and plan to celebrate Persian traditions. All proceeds go to charities and NGOs active the middle east.

Attention Wootton students, Track is Back! The indoor season begins on November 15th. If you are interested in competing in a fun and challenging sport, come to the indoor track interest meeting on Wednesday, October 25 at 2:45 PM in room 201. The Coaches will go over important information regarding winter registration and the upcoming season.
