North Chevy Chase Elementary School

As North Chevy Chase’s Staff Development Teacher, Ms. Sexton supports teachers in building the strongest possible instruction for our grade 3–5 learners. She plans and leads school-wide professional learning, works alongside teachers through coaching and collaborative planning, and helps teams use student data to guide next steps in the classroom. As a member of the Instructional Leadership Team, she partners with school leaders to set instructional priorities and keep our work focused on student growth. She also serves as NCC’s math content coach, helping teachers strengthen math instruction and connecting our school with MCPS central office resources and initiatives. Her goal is simple: when teachers keep learning, students thrive.
