Physical Education-Mr. Patrick Gaegler

Mr. Patrick Gaegler, physical education teacher

We are excited to welcome Mr. Patrick Gaegler as North Chevy Chase Elementary School’s new Physical Education teacher! A proud graduate of Clarksburg High School and lifelong member of the MCPS community, Mr. Gaegler brings five years of teaching experience across elementary, middle, and high school levels. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in U.S. History from the University of Maryland and a Master’s in Teaching from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

Mr. Gaegler is passionate about fitness, teamwork, and creating engaging, movement-based learning experiences for students. In addition to his work in the classroom, he has coached high school basketball and cross country and currently serves as the Assistant Director for a local summer camp.  Outside of school, you might find him running, coaching, or cheering on his favorite teams. We’re thrilled to have Mr. Gaegler bring his energy and love for physical activity to the NCC community!
