Students, use this link complete the EOS student survey. You will enter your MCPS student ID to start the survey.
During Colonel Time on December 8th, students in grades 9-12 will complete the annual Equal Opportunity Schools survey. Please review the letter linked below for more information on the survey and MCPS partnership with EOS.
