Our Mission
To help Montgomery County Public School students develop the necessary skills to manage their own careers over their lifetime. This includes:
- Identifying their own strengths, interests, and values (SIV)
- Identifying how they are growing and improving their skills
- Exploring a range of options available to them
- Describing their goals and priorities for their future

To help all Montgomery County Public School students develop life-long career management skills.All students will be able to vividly describe their own strengths, interests, and workplace values; identify how they are expanding their skills and knowledge; describe the various opportunities ahead of them; and describe their goals for their future.
