October SGA Meetings

The Student Government Association (SGA) is excited to announce our first meeting for the school year happening on Wednesday, October 1st. We are looking for students from ALL grade levels who are passionate, motivated, and have ideas for improving Argyle culture and represent your fellow students to make a difference. The SGA invites all students to attend our October meetings on the 1st, 8th, and 22nd of after school. Come out and begin your journey in leadership helping SGA plan events and activities for this coming school year. Also applications are now being accepted for the open Officers positions of Treasurer, 8th Grade Student Representative, and 6th Grade Student Representative and are due by October 8th. 6th Grade Summer Mini-Orientation

Argyle is eager to welcome our new 6th grade students and families! We are hosting two summer mini-orientations on Thursday, August 7 at 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. These hour-long sessions will include general school information, a building tour, and an opportunity to meet some of our amazing staff members.

Sign up for a free week-long virtual summer cybersecurity camp. Open to all rising 7th, 8th, and 9th grade MCPS students.

Spring Concert

Mark your calendars for the Argyle Music Spring Concert on Thursday, May 15th at 7 PM in the Argyle MS Gym!

Softball Interest Meeting

There will be a Softball interest meeting for fall softball teams- both boys and girls teams- on June 3rd in Room 235 at 3:00PM.

Cheer Competition

Hey Argyle, The Cheer Team and SGA are sponsoring a middle school, county wide Cheer Competition on Friday, May 9th at 5pm in the Gym. Come out to see middle schools such as Parkland and Kingsview compete to prove which schools skills are the BEST. Doors open at 4:30pm and student tickets will be $2 and adult tickets $5. Be sure to come out and CHEER for our Lady Eagle Team as they showcase their energy, skill, and spirit on the big stage.

SGA May Meetings

The SGA invites all students to attend our last two meetings of the school year on Wednesday, May 14th and May 28th, after school in room 202. Students, it's never too late to beginning your journey in leadership with attending a SGA meeting.
