August 1, 2026
Dear Woodlin Families,
I am thrilled to welcome you and your children to the 2026–2027 school year at Woodlin Elementary School.
I hope your summer has provided opportunities for rest, fun, and time with family and friends. As we prepare for the new school year, I am excited to welcome everyone back and continue supporting inspired teaching, joyful learning, and the full range of student growth.
This year, we remain committed to engaging classroom instruction and academic excellence for every student. From the very first day, we will focus on rigorous learning, strong relationships, and meaningful experiences that challenge, support, and inspire every child to reach their full potential.
One of the most important ways families can support student success is by ensuring strong daily attendance. Attending school consistently not only supports academic achievement but also plays a critical role in a child’s social development and sense of belonging. Your partnership in getting students to school on time every day makes a real difference. Let’s work together to reduce tardiness and absences across our school.
Our teachers, paraeducators, and staff are excited to reconnect with returning students and to warmly welcome those new to our community. At Woodlin, we meet students where they are and we lift them toward their full potential. I am proud to introduce our new staff members to join the Woodlin team this year. Our new staff members bring individual talents, passion, and shared values. They are excited to become part of our Woodlin school community.
