Chaperone for Financial Park (7th grade)
In order for the Finance Park role play to run as smoothly as possible, Junior Achievement is in need of adult volunteers to assist in running the simulation. Volunteers will be required to arrive at the Junior Achievement Finance Park Center by 8:10am (approximately 1 hour before students are expected to arrive) to be trained on how to run the simulation. Parents are required to provide their own transportation to the Finance Park center, located at the address on the previous side. Parents can volunteer on any TPMS day, even if their child is attending another day.
Dates of Trip (Students attend on the day their Global Humanities teacher attends)
- Monday, November 9th Mr. Evans’, Mr. O’Brien’s, and Mr. Hale’s classes
- Tuesday, November 10th Dr. Perry’s classes
- Wednesday, November 11th Mr. Cassini’s and Ms. Yorulmazlar’s classes
All parent volunteers must complete the MCPS CAN Training before volunteering at JA Finance Park, found at https://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/childabuseandneglect/#training.
