Reminders for Students
- Need to bring an ID with your ticket to get into the dance
- Must enter the dance by 10:00 p.m. - no re-entry
- Parking is available at the hotel.
- No bags are allowed into the dance (small purses only)
- You are responsible for all belongings that you bring to the dance
- There will be food and drinks available throughout the dance
- If being picked up, have your ride there at 11:00 p.m.
- Students who bought tickets will be excused from afternoon classes on 5/16, if necessary.
- Make a plan and stick to it. Your activities that night should be well-planned, including transportation and arrival times.
- Be sure your parents and others you trust know the plan and are available for you to call.
- Discuss your plan with your parents and let them know of your concerns.
Code of Conduct Reminder
Students are reminded to make safe choices before, during, and after prom. Also, as a reminder, students who are in possession of an illegal substance such as drugs or alcohol at a school-sponsored activity, or under the influence of an illegal substance, or who distribute an illegal substance will be subject to the school disciplinary consequences, in alignment with the Student Code of Conduct.
Ticket sales:
- Ticket sales will be sold April 30 - May 9 (or until sold out)
- Seniors only will have the first 3 days of ticket sales and then Juniors may start to purchase tickets on the 4th day (May 5th). On May 1st we will be selling tickets after school from 2:45 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. to help those who are taking AP/IB tests and are unable to come during lunch.
- All ticket sales will be in-person during lunchtime in the gym. We will only be accepting cash or checks.
- In order to purchase a ticket all school obligations must be paid.
- All students that go to RM must be present to purchase their ticket, even if another student is paying for their ticket, they still need to be present.
Seniors Only
If you are bringing an outside guest: Outside Guest Permission Slip
- You must fill out the outside guest form. Please allow time to get this done as it may take a couple of days
- Attach a copy of their ID (high school ID or state issued ID if no longer in high school) to the outside guest form, no ID no ticket
- There is a maximum of two tickets per student (one outside guest)
- No guest may be 21 or over
- Only Seniors are able to bring outside guests
