SAT Digital Readiness Check
When: Wednesday, March 4, 2026 from 7:45 am - 12:00 pm
Where: Whole School
Description:
On Wednesday, March 4, Richard Montgomery High School will participate in a Digital Readiness Check to prepare all 11th grade students for the March 11th SAT administration. All 11th grade students will need to ensure they have their MCPS issued Chromebook to prepare technology and check personal information prior to testing day. We will follow a special schedule on March 4th that is provided below. All students will go to their homeroom class after first period. All 9th, 10th, and 12th grade students will participate in an advisory lesson in homeroom during the Digital Readiness Activity.
As a reminder to 11th grade families:
Your child will have the opportunity to participate, with your consent, in the optional Student Data Questionnaire during the Digital Readiness Check. The College Board gives students and families complete discretion regarding any voluntary information they provide as part of the Student Data Questionnaire. Information gathered is used for group reporting, for analysis to ensure that the exams are fair for all groups, to connect your child with potential colleges or scholarship opportunities, and for research. More on the optional questionnaire can be found on the College Board’s website. To provide consent for your child to participate in the optional Student Survey, you must complete this google form (https://forms.gle/fUHTNsP4gpWbQvWt8) before March 1. Whether or not you consent for your child to participate in the optional Student Survey, your child will still participate in SAT School Day.
Please reach out to Sara Baudry (Sara_Baudry@mcpsmd.org), SAT testing coordinator, with any questions.
