  • Friday, October 3rd - Items on the Lost and Found table in the cafeteria will be donated at the end of the school day. 
  • Friday, October 10th – SAY CHEESE!  Fall Pictures will be taken in the gym through PE/Health classes.

  • Tuesday, October 14th - PTSA Meeting, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m., Media Center
  • Thursday,  October 16th -  Kingsview MS will host Colores De Nuestra Cultura (Colors of Our Culture) & Loteria Night, 5:00-8:00 in the All-purpose room (APR).  Join us for this family event full of fun, food and prizes.  For more information, please visit the KVMS PTSA website
  • Friday, October 17th—Professional Day for Teachers—NO school for students.
  • Monday, October 20th—Non-Instructional Day—NO school for students/teachers.
  • Thursday, October 23rd – PSAT/College Readiness DAY! Wear your favorite college shirt on this day.  Select 8th grade students will participate in the administration of the PSAT. The test will be administered from 8:15 a.m. -11:00 a.m. There is still time to register your student to take the PSAT! Parents can still pay the $14 PSAT fee on SchoolCashOnline by Friday, October 3rd.   • Friday, October 24—PTSA Fall Costume Dance/Movie Night, 6:00—9:00 p.m. The PTSA will host the Fall Dance and Costume Party. The party will be held in the All-Purpose- Room (APR). Additional details will follow. Stay tuned.
  • Monday, October 27th- Friday, October 31st- Red Ribbon Week for MCPS! Kingsview MS students will engage in various activities that support student well-being. We also encourage all students and families to participate in activities at home that reinforce their well-being. Go for a walk or simply sing and dance with the family. Most importantly, make sure your children get a good night’s sleep!
  • Friday, October 31st - Marking period 1 ENDS!
