Materials Distribution–Second Round

Kennedy High School will hold a second round of materials distribution from Monday, September 21st, through Thursday, September 24th. Families are asked to follow the schedule provided below to limit crowds, wait times, and risks to the community. We have scheduled this time to distribute course material, calculators to those with that accommodation, purchased 2020 yearbooks that have yet to be picked up, and technology for students who may still need a device. ALL school materials that were not returned at the end of last school year should be returned at this time.

Driving/Walking Instructions:

• Limit of one vehicle per household
• Walkers, please ensure proper social distancing
• Vehicle occupants must remain in their car at all times during pickup
• To help expedite the process, please write your student's first name, last name, and ID number on a piece of paper
• See the attached document for a map indicating required traffic flow
• Upon arrival at the school parking lot, please follow the established traffic pattern
• Please arrive using the main parking lot entrance on Randolph Road; the Middlevale Lane entrance to the school is exit only
• You may not pick up materials for any other individual
• You will need to wear a facemask at all times while at the stations
• Students are not permitted to enter the school building

• Last names A-B: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• Last names C-E: 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Last names F-G: 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Tuesday, September 22, 2020

• Last names H-J: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• Last names K-Ma: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• Last names Mc-N: 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday, September 23, 2020

• Last names (O-R: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• Last names S-Z: 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Anyone who missed their initial time can come from 2:00-3:00 p.m.

Thursday, September 24, 2020

• Musical instrument distribution
• Make up day 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

As a reminder, during material distribution, it is critical that families and staff maintain all social distancing practices and remain in their vehicles. We ask that all students and their families follow the directions of the staff members present during pickup to ensure everyone's safety during their assigned pickup time. Please do not come outside of your pick-up time, as your specific materials will not be available outside of your time slot.
