SAT School Day is Wednesday, March 22nd. All juniors will have the opportunity to take the SAT on March 22nd during the regular school day. This test is being offered at no cost to students. Please click into the links below to read full details of this year's SAT Day.

• This test is being offered at no cost to grade 11 students. The SAT is a standardized college entrance exam that is accepted by every college in the U.S. and over 600 institutions internationally. The test assesses student knowledge and skills in preparation for college, career, and community. MCPS provides this opportunity during the school day so that students will test in a comfortable and familiar place.
• School will begin at 7:45 a.m. on March 22nd for all students. School buses will run at their normal times. While grade 11 students are testing, grade 9 students will participate in a class meeting and an assembly, grade 10 students will participate in mock AP exams and a MYP Personal Project workshop, and grade 12 students will participate in college and career readiness activities and will have an opportunity to earn SSL hours. Select students will also take the ACCUPLACER test.
