AP & IB Exam Information 2026
AP and IB exams begin on Tuesday, April 28, and we want to make sure students have everything they need to feel prepared and confident going into testing. Please review the information below, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
📅 Testing Dates
AP and IB exams will take place from April 28 through May 22, 2026.

🗓️ Exam Schedule
Please review the May 2026 AP and IB Exam Schedule for your exact test dates and times.
Make sure you write down your exam dates, times, and locations, and check the schedule again the morning of your exam, as locations may change.

⚠️ Exam Conflicts
If you have two exams at the same time, complete the AP and IB Exam Conflict Form by April 24.
AP exams will move to late testing if needed, and IB exams will remain as scheduled.

✅ Confirm Your Registration
AP students should log into AP Classroom to confirm their exams.
IB students should check with their teacher to confirm their registration.

📌 Important Exam Day Reminders
- Arrive at least 30 minutes early
- Bring No. 2 pencils, pens, and the correct calculator (check with your teacher if you are unsure which one you need)
- AP students should bring their Chromebook and charger and make sure it is fully charged the night before
- Complete the Parent/ Guardian Approval to be Absent on Exam Day Form to be excused from class. This form must be completed before your exam to be excused for the entire day.
- Check your testing location each day, as rooms may change.

🚗 Transportation Reminder
If your exam ends after 2:30 pm, you are responsible for arranging your own ride home

🤒 Absences and Make-Ups
If you miss an exam due to illness or emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Make-up testing is limited and not guaranteed.

💰 Exam Fees
Exam fees are covered for registered students. However, if a student does not sit for all parts of their scheduled exam, the student will be assessed a no-show fee of:
AP exams are $40 per exam
IB exams are $124 per exam
